No Impact Man – the movie
I’m looking forward to seeing the movie No Impact Man. For one year a New Yorkers Colin Beaven, his wife Michelle, and their daughter made as little environmental impact that they could. They turned off the electricity. They walked everywhere. They ate locally. They made a documentary (which somehow involved electricity).
It starts playing in theaters on September 11 (although it doesn’t hit the Philadelphia region until September 25). You can see a schedule of theaters here.
The lifestyle blogger over at MNN, Siel, had the opportunity to see a screening of the film and wrote a review. She also had the opportunity to interview No Impact Man himself. If you’re curious about the movie, you can read her posts, and you can also watch the movie trailer below. I’ll have my own review of the film after I get to see it.
