When I responded with yes, the next automated question was, "Was the book in good shape." I was afraid if I responded with "no" they'd automatically deliver another book to me so I responded with yes. I had hoped there would be some information on how to contact the phone book co. if I didn't want to receive it, but there wasn't. The call simply ended. I did get an automated phone call asking if I got the book.
